| Silent G - The Logic
Forge me a staff with which I can summon the heavens Acid Rain Stick On our recent research trip to the rain forest in Washington's Olympic Peninsula, we found much refuge in the persistent pattering of the famous Northwestern rain. It was quite easy, in that Eden of moss and vine, to forget the progress we as an industrialized people have made in squelching the wild chaos of nature as it blanketed us in a maternal cloak of aural bliss. Water on leaves dripping, birds and insects chirping, it was enough to spur a stick and tree trunk jam session. We vowed that upon returning to our stressful day-to-day lives we would, in the tradition of the great Juha'we shaman, build a rainstick to harness that calming power of nature, wielding it to feel empowered over our own turmoil. We built it with galvanized steel, hardened chain, and an 8 inch spike.
